Welcome to the Exclusively Estancia Coaching, where we get honest about making fundamental changes in everyday life. My journey into professional life coaching began in 2014. I searched for more profound meaning and a more purpose-filled life. I was tired of being anxious, fearful, unfulfilled, drained, emotionally and spiritually exhausted, along with challenges of grief and loss after my mother transitioned after a battle with brain cancer. I was lost, grief and anxiety-filled, and always sad. I had no joy in my life or within myself. That’s when I turned to God, and he began to reveal my strength through him and his word. My transition has been life-changing. I’ve shared my journey and helped many exceptional people gain balance, hope, strength, and joy through courses, coping skills, and other cognitive and behavioral techniques.

My work in the medical field began in 1992 in nursing. In 1995, I transferred to the mental health field for 27 years. I started professional coaching in 2014. I’ve worked hands-on with clients with all diagnoses and severity levels. I specialize in Applied Behavioral Analysis. Over the years, I’ve managed, trained, and created programs used today.
