It all started when I hit what felt like a dead end. I was checking all the boxes that were supposed to lead to a happy life, but somehow, I wasn't feeling it. I was having panic and anxiety attacks daily. My emergency hospital bills were in the thousands. hat's when I decided to dig deep. I learned to align my life with God, true values, purpose, and passion. It was like a lightbulb went on! Suddenly, I understood my purpose, and myself. The very challenge that consumed my life for so many years, was meant to help others. Every decision after became clearer and more impactful. Everything started to change when I realized I could help others feel this same transformation, freedom, and hope.deeper, to get to know myself. I started with God my creator. I started praying, reading, studying, exploring, and eventually training as a coach myself.
